Question
I went to visit my parents at their house for about three and a half weeks and I am pretty sure their new house is made from asbestos. Whilst I was their my step-dad repaired a hole in the wall in which he used power tools. When he was doing this I wasn't in the same room but I was in the house and as soon as I realised he was cutting into the wall I went outside until after he was finished. I think I breathed some of the dust in, but most of the time I had a pillow case covering my mouth or was holding my breath around. I did also have to help clean up whilst I was there, but I used a wet sponge and washed my hands with soap after I was finished. I am worried that the vacuum didn't get all the asbestos, but I never rarely sat on the floor whilst I was there. I was only there for 3 and a half weeks and a lot of that time was spent out of the house with friends. I am really, really, really worried about having asbestos poisoning! please help!
